  • Jack Green

    Jack represented Great Britain at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay events.

    He became a mental health ambassador for Mind and YoungMinds after being diagnosed with depression, bipolar tendencies and anxiety, shortly after the 2012 Olympic Games.

    Retiring at the age of 28, from a career that included bronze medals at the European and world championships, Jack stepped into the corporate world using his philosophy and passion for performance and well-being. He is now Head of Performance at Champion Health and continues his involvement with professional sport in track and field through coaching.

    Jack states: “You have to thrive personally to consistently thrive professionally”.

    Danielle Thompson is a CSR and B-Corp Consultant, and the founder of Unthread Advisory.

    Danielle founded Unthread Advisory to help small and micro-businesses build businesses that are better for society without compromising on financial success. She achieves this by providing accessible advice and practical support in the form of group programmes and learning workshops.

    Unthread was inspired by building a better working world for her stepchildren, nephew and niece and the word ‘Unthread’ is made up of their initials because without them, Unthread would not exist.

    During the pandemic Sam Flynn became interested in the impact smartphones have on our wellbeing. With her curiosity spiked she started to read more on this topic.

    Fast forward to today, Sam now runs her own business, helping individuals and businesses manage their relationship with the digital world.

    Charlotte is the founder of Creative Wilderness, an ethical, sustainable, branding design studio working with small businesses.
